Media Invite: SAHRC Limpopo provincial office to host Provincial Indaba

The SAHRC, Limpopo Provincial Office will be conducting a provincial Indaba with special focus on women, and people with disabilities, and their right to access health care services. The purpose of the Indaba is to create a platform for reflection on the rights of these vulnerable members of society vis a vis section 27(1)(a) of the Constitution of South Africa.

The SAHRC, Limpopo Provincial Office will be conducting a provincial Indaba with special focus on women, and people with disabilities, and their right to access health care services. The purpose of the Indaba is to create a platform for reflection on the rights of these vulnerable members of society vis a vis section 27(1)(a) of the Constitution of South Africa.
The Indaba will also reflect on popularizing the mandate of the SAHRC whilst reporting on its monitoring activities in respect of the realization of women and persons with disabilities’ right to access health care services.
SAHRC Commissioner Bokankatla Malatji as the Commissioner responsible for protecting and promoting the rights of people with disabilities and the elderly will be in attendance.
